School Surveys supports different surveys for different age groups and needs. To see what the surveys look like you can try the beginning Fit to Succeed questionnaire (below). This is easy and fun to fill in and it is designed for all ages starting from 8 years old.

In the full survey version you are provided with a personal assessment of how 'Fit to Succeed' you are after the last survey page along with an explanation of the measurments made against your answers.
