Ealing Extended Schools Survey for Parents and Carers of Children in Ealing

What is an Extended School?

An Extended School provides a range of services and activities, often beyond the school day, to help meet the needs of the community in and around the school. Over the next few years schools will be developing access to: quality childcare, a varied menu of activities, parenting support, swift and easy referral to a wide range of specialist support services, community access to ICT, sports and arts facilities. Schools will be doing this by working in partnership with their neighbouring schools and with other providers and suppliers.

We would like to consult with parents and carers about their views on the proposed activities to be developed as part of the Extended Schools initiative so that we can help schools to put in place provision that best meets the needs of children and families in Ealing

No-one in Ealing will look at your answers; all completed questionnaires will be sent away for processing by an independent team. Your answers will be kept confidential, and all completed booklets will be destroyed at the end of the consultation.
